- Viagra® (sildenafil citrate)
- Cialis® (tadalafil)
- Levitra® (vardenafil hydrochloride)

Penile Injections
With a penile injection, medication is delivered directly to the penis through a syringe. The onset of the erection is typically between five and 20 minutes. Risks include erections lasting 4 hours or more, pain, numbness, swelling, irritation, sensitivity, bruising at the injection site, and penile fibrosis to name a few. You should be trained by a medical professional before attempting to deliver the injection.
Vacuum Erection Devices

It is available as either a one-piece malleable implant or an inflatable implant. The implant has a 98% satisfaction rate with patients and a 94% satisfaction rate with partners. Risks include those associated with surgical procedures and undergoing anesthesia as well as device migration, malfunction, erosion, and chronic pain.
Any treatment option should be discussed with a medical professional to fully understand the risks and benefits and what would be most suitable for you.
